Bring back Rush

Chris should really be kept at the 8 to 11 AM slot. He had just hit his stride, and he was getting really comfortable in his role. He has that “everyman” charm, easily connecting with the average listener, and he’s not always so serious, his “Mancave Radio” segment being a perfect example. It’s nice having a show with a bit of a lighter mood in the morning. I think your show (Scott) would be great in the 11 AM to 2 PM slot. Huckabee just isn’t that interesting. Also, I’m positive everyone would agree that Levin needs to stay right where he is.

One more thing: please keep Phil Hendrie on the air. He is easily the funniest man on radio, and it’s so nice to hear him on the air in Fargo again.

It was GREAT to tune into AM 1100 this morning and hear you – live and taking calls!  I’ve missed that in my mornings!  I hope you’ll put yourself in the 8 to 11 AM slot.  Please bring Rush back to the Valley at 11, then Chris Berg or Laura Ingraham at 2 and keep Mark Levin at 5.  I like Sean Hannity, too, but we can see him on TV.  Thanks for taking suggestions from your listeners.

Please bring Chris Berg back in the 8 to 11 a.m. time frame.  Chris has grown a large earlier morning following and ratings would remain high with him at this time frame.  It would be the best for The Flag and the listeners. 
I would like you to broadcast in the 2 to 5 time frame to go against Sean Hannity.
Please keep this a conservative radio station and NO liberals allowed.
The 11 to 2 time frame is a tough call, as many are going to follow Rush where ever he can be heard over the air waves.

Oh yeah, I would LOVE to have Garage Logic back in Fargo again.  I think it would be a fine fit on the ‘Flag’.  Joe Soucheray is great!  So funny!

Rush needs to be on your station.  He and Mark Levin make listening worthwhile.  Laura talks way too much and does not give her guests the time to make their points without interruption.  I listen to Rush on other stations and only because of Mark Levin do I tune in 1100 any more.
It seems your station is off the air a lot.  If there were other local stations carrying Levin, I see no reason to listen to your station.

Have hosts like Michael Savage and on Sunday nights have Bill Cunningham on. Keep Mark Levin. Debunk global warming, Examples of government intrusions upon religious liberties. Obama’s birth certificate, Enough for now.

Bring back Chris Berg in the morning! He embodies everything you stand for, faith, family and freedom, and people love him. I listened to Scott b4 him, but Chris has a cheery good morning feel to him that the listeners love. I then would switch channels to tune in scott, so lets have Scott take the afternoon…love them both

I’m glad to here you back on the radio.  I heard you say that Rush is under contract somewhere else, that’s too bad, I don’t get good reception out here with 101.9.  I’m glad that acid spewing “Big Red Ed” is gone.  That man is a compulsive liar.  There’s sooo many good conservative talk show hosts.  It makes it hard to pick and choose.  I have come to really enjoy Huckabee’s manner that he uses to give us information.  Because of his style I’ve been able to get some died in the wool liberals to rethink they’re ideas and now they listen to him.  Laura is also fun to listen to.  Very to the point and factual.  I’ve heard of several women that listen to her because she is a woman and they can identify with her.  Sure glad to have you back, we’ve missed you!!!!!

After 7 PM reception drops off like a rock here in NW MN, I guess it doesn’t matter what’s on after that.

I think you should leave Chris Berg on from 8-11.  He was really getting good and it would be a shame to move him around now.
Personally I think Scott should work on running the station, doing specials, special reports,etc.  One of things that hurt Scott recently was the amount of time he wasn’t on the radio.  Scott misses a lot of days and it makes it hard to keep up with the show.  Also, the pushing of the book and the other personal things is a big turn off to a lot of people.  Moderation is the key. 

Also, the guest hosts aren’t very good.   

Finally, the oil patch stuff is boring radio.  It’s overkill.

Scott has the best pipes in the business. I mean it.  However if it can’t be a full time commitment, then it should be strategic.  Keep Chris 8-11.  Dennis Miller after him.  Levin in the same spot. 

No doubt about it, keep Chris Berg on! It’s a no-brainer really, and I think that if asked directly, 98% of your listeners would agree! ‘We the People’ has captured the hearts and minds of of the Heartland in pretty much the same spirit as ‘The Common Sense Club’ does. Good to have You back Mr Chairman, and with you at the Helm, ‘We the People ‘ can bring ‘Common Sense’ to the masses! 

Please leave Chris Berg on from 8 – 11.  It’s about time that lefty on KFGO got some competition in that time slot.

Also, please DO NOT try going to the “cookie cutter” conservative radio and sign blowhards like Limbaugh, Hannity or Gallagher.  They are so boring because it’s the same spiel day after day.

I think you should do a show every week where you go to some city in the oil patch and talk to the oil workers and let them have their say for once.  Maybe talk to the food truck vendors as well.

Keep Jeff on from 6 to 8, Chris from 8 to 11, Mike Huckabee 11 to 2, Laura 2 to 5, Mark 5 to 8, scott you need to be on after midnight when nobody listens. You need to be less humble. Everybody knows that if they ask you you will go into great detail as to how humble you really are. You talk way too much. When I heard you on the radio on monday you were saying it was a listening session but all I heard was you talking you had some callers but you kept cutting them off. I think all you like to here is your name and your voice. You should keep your mind open and your mouth shut during the whole process of reprogramming the station.

Leave Chris on he is a breath of fresh air to the station. Get rid of Laura, I just do not like the way she delivers. I love our conservative voices but sometimes they just say the same things over and over and sink to the liberal way of presentation. we need to take the high road. we are better than that. bring back civility.

 As far as long-term goals go, I think we need to focus on voting in a new President this November, and supporting true conservative candidates also running for the House and Senate.  We need to stand by our core beliefs and not waver. 

I really enjoy AM1100 !  I agree with the other comments that Chris Berg is great – keep him!   He has an interesting show all the time.   You can ditch Rush and Laura.  Hannity would be ok, but sometimes I don’t care for his attitude.  And please, NO Ed Schultz – he is truly obnoxious.   I would like to keep local talent and shows as much as possible instead of syndicated shows all the time.  It would be nice to have something other than political talk all the time – maybe an evening segment on faith and family values, a noon hour cooking show, a medical segment where doctors would answer questions, and finally a show for simply local issues that affect the ND/MN area.   I listen to AM 1100 most of the time.  

Hey Scott, I will put down in words what I have said when I have called in those few times.

Mid – 3am:
I would get rid of “Phil Hendry” but I really don’t know if you could replace him with live programing since “Coast to Coast” and “Red Eye Radio” is taken. Maybe this may be the place to add a delayed version of “Garage Logic”

3am – 5am:
Keep Doug Stephans. I really like his show perfect for this time slot.

5am – 8am:
I would love to hear Bill Bennett from 5 – 8, but if you don’t get Bill, I do actually enjoy Doug Stephans show and extending that from 3am till 8am would not be a bad ide

8am – 11am:
I think you and Chris should do a show in Tandem. But keep the show local and regional. I don’t want to hear National issues being talked about.

11am – 2pm:
I really don’t know why people hate the Mike Huckabee’s show, granted he is a bit dry…. but his content is not too bad. I would have no problem with you keeping him or replacing him with another live national or local show. Can we consider Rob Port or what about Leon Francis?

2 – 5pm: Something live!!! I dont mind Laura Ingrahm but if you are going to have her on she needs to be on live…..

5 – 8pm: Mark Levin: I kind of get the idea he is not going anywhere!

8pm – Midnight: I kind of like John Batchelor. He is a bit dry but many of his segments are very well prepared and informative.

Other things I would love to see considered….

1) Live weather and news. There has to be away we could have someone live and in studio reading PSA’s, Live weather, local updates and such. You can be a mostly syndicated station but still have a local feel. Can we get a few interns or even volunteers to man the studio?

2) I think you should become the Flagship station for MSUM sports rather than the Eagle, you could consider even taking on Moorhead High School Sports. We could even look at having a live weekend local sports show.

3) One thing I don’t want to have happen is to feel I am being preached to….. please don’t turn this into a religious channel. We have plenty of them already in the area.

4) I think some of the previous posts have been a bit rude, but in some ideas I understand what they are trying to say, they just don’t need to be rude about it…. What they are trying to say is this station and your show needs to be less about you and more about the content. I will give you a specific example, when you were in Alexandria stumping for Lee Byberg, you really felt you were there to sell your book and promote Scott and Lee was kind of left in the dust. The same thing happened at the Clay County Convention. I guess many people feel your Ego sometimes just gets in the way.

With all due respect Scott, you need to talk LESS and listen MORE.  You ramble on and on about the change and your vision for The Flag, but take very few phone calls from people who want to call in.

Fargo doesn’t need two right-wing stations.  Here’s my suggestion:
